Off I go again to Jessica’s today to babysit Jacob while she takes Ryan to Kindermusik and then she has an afternoon appointment so I’ll watch them both while she’s gone. They usually are taking naps in the afternoon so there’s not that much for me to do and I can sneak on her computer usually. I’m taking my camera and I hope to get some video of Jacob cooing and smiling if he cooperates.

As many of you know, a lot of our old blog friends are on Facebook. Yesterday, Sally (My Treasured Collection graphics) posted her link to her 12 Days of Christmas Cookies. You can find it HERE. Also, my longtime blog friends will remember my Christmas Cookie Exchange when I posted everyone’s favorite Christmas cookie recipe. There are some great ones there and from all parts of the world. You can get there through my Christmas Cottage (link on the menu or just use this SHORTCUT. There are several pages of recipes. Enjoy!

    That’s spooky. I was on Sally’s website the other day, looking for her 12 days of Christmas cookie page :)

    Boxing Day is the 26th December. Yes, I think you are right, I think Canada do celebrate it too. I’ll have to ask Tanya or Wynne.

    Have a lovely afternoon babysitting. Hope the boys cooperate :)

    Hi Darylynn;

    I must be one of the very few that gave up two Facebook sites. I just hate it along with Twitter. Although both of them never really delete your accounts which is a joke to me. One of my FB accounts was hacked and someone else was using it and leaving messages with ads on all my family sites. Ever since then I decided to not have anything to do with them again.

    Have fun with your two adorable grandchildren today. Hugs

    Thanks for the link Darylynn. I was a part of that and my first html page was for the cookie exchange. That was so long ago. Glad we are still here! :xmastree

    What is “Kindermusik”? In German it just means “children’s music”. Is it a music school or a concert for kids?

    Hello Darylynn, I remember this time & I also have Christmas pages with recipes & after checking them I realized I hadn’t updated since October 2007. I hope you have a great time with the boys, hugs

    I made biscotti last night, first time I’ve ever tried it, came out tasting yummy but the size was a little larger than I expected, was going to make gifts with them, but think I’ll try another batch later.
    Have a fun day with the boys.
